  2. How do the Prepaid Monthly Plans work?
Customers on Prepaid Monthly Plans need to make a payment for their full Monthly Access to ensure the account has a sufficient balance on the due date to receive the monthly minutes. Once granted, your monthly minutes are valid until the plan expiration date.

If you use all of your Anytime Minutes during the month, your account goes into Pay-Go mode. In Pay-Go mode you can use any remaining account balance to pay for additional minutes or texts. Voice minutes will be charged at the Per-Minute Rate After Allowance based on the plan you’ve selected. You can also make partial/multiple payments any time and use it for additional services or overage minutes if you deplete your monthly Anytime Minute allowance.

On your payment date, if a payment is made and your account balance is greater than or equal to your Monthly Access, the amount of your Monthly Access will be debited from your account and your monthly minutes will be granted. Monthly Access will be debited from your account on the same day every month.
